We are very pleased to be able to inform you about the succession plan at Telcona AG.
Since 1986, Telcona AG has been successfully operating on the European market under the leadership of its founder and managing director Christoph Müller (67, right). Now it is time to hand over Telcona AG to younger hands. Continuity and the prospect of successful further development on the basis of the previous course were at the forefront of succession planning.
Christoph Müller will hand over the management to Bojan Zmijanjac (39, left in the picture) on 1 July 2023 and will be at his side until the end of 2023 to ensure a good and careful handover. Christoph Müller will continue to be available in an advisory capacity in 2024.
Bojan Zmijanjac, graduate in business administration HF, has over 20 years of experience as a production manager, sales manager and product manager in internationally active EMS companies. 3 years ago, he took over Icom Industrial Components AG in 8154 Bachenbülach, where he was previously employed as managing director. Mr. Zmijanjac thus has the best prerequisites to successfully lead Telcona AG into the future as his successor. The two companies will thus be able to exploit synergies under his leadership.
This ensures Telcona’s focus on customer needs, high flexibility, fast response as well as reliability and quality, which has successfully distinguished Telcona AG and all its suppliers over the years.
At the same time, we are also pleased to inform you that Telcona AG will move into the offices and warehouses of Icom Industrial Components AG at Bramenstrasse 5 in 8184 Bachenbülach, CH, phone +41 44 861 02 40 / fax +41 44 861 02 42, from July 17, 2023.
