• Full requirements analysis including electrical, mechanical, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Component selection from the Telcona portfolio, from the right type and configuration down to the specific part for all product categories
• Two-level technical validation of every proposed replacement: a first assessment by the manufacturer’s engineering team, then independent verification by Telcona’s own engineering team
• Review of 2D mechanical drawings and 3D models to validate footprint, dimensions, and mechanical fit as part of part selection
• LED bin and grade specification with sample qualification
• Verification of environmental ratings and required certifications (e.g., RoHS, REACH, AEC-Q200, UL)
• Free samples for the customer’s own validation, since final qualification is done on the customer’s board and in their application

• Custom magnetics, from coils and chokes to transformers
